The Lemur

A most strange creature is the Lemur.
Has large eyes so he can see more.
Lives in the jungle in Madagascar.
If chased, he can run still faster.

Survived when dinosaurs were done in.
Not because they were bigger or stronger,
But they were small enough to live longer.

Our Ancestors survived in the tops of trees.
