Toad Hall Retaken
With the help of the good natured Rat, the faithful Mole, and the sturdy Badger, Toad Hall has been retaken from the stoats and weasels who had seized and occupied it. No one knows why it took so long for the dwellers along the Riverbank and in the Wildwood to figure out that this needed to be done. Thank goodness that, eventually, they got it.
Now it remains to be seen whether these good folk can bring a modicum of dignity, intelligence, and character back to these environs where it has been so sadly lacking for a number of years. It is also unclear whether or not these well-intentioned creatures can restrain the irrepressible Toad from another of his wild adventures, and help extricate him from the current mess that he has gotten himself into.
