Toad Hall Retaken
With the help of the good natured Rat, the faithful Mole, and the sturdy Badger, Toad Hall has been retaken from the stoats and weasels who seized and occupied it eight years ago. No one knows why it took so long for the humble dwellers along the Riverbank and in the Wildwood to figure out that this needed to be done. Thank goodness they eventually got it right.
It is all too obvious that the scoundrels who seized the magnificent structure have trashed the Hall and its grounds beyond all recognition. It may take decades to repair the damage to the structure and restore the edifice to its previous condition of prominence in the community. We must now all pull together in furtherance of that worthy objective.
William's Whimsical Words:
It remains to be seen if the Hall's new occupants are up to the task.
